Return, Exchange & Store Credit Policy
Exchanges
All exchange requests are to be sent via email, live chat, or phone within seven (7) days of receiving your item. The items you are exchanging must be Brand New and Unopened. If the product does look opened or used, Electronic Fiend has the right to not accept the exchange or charge an additional fee for repackaging. In order to process your return, please make sure to include the transaction receipt with your return and the reason for your return. (This means your order number, your full names used while purchasing, and the date you ordered). Please note that if any of the following are missing the exchange processing time may be prolonged due to the time it takes to gather the required information.
Refunds
If you’re NOT satisfied with your order you may return the product for a refund within the first 7 days of receiving it. Electronic Fiend will not refund for cost of return on any item. All items are charged a 20% restocking fee.
Once a refund is placed in the systems please allow 2-5 BUSINESS Days for the funds to return to the original credit card used during the purchase of the order. For more information on how to return, receive store credit or a get a refund for a package please click here.
Damaged Items
If an item is received in an already damaged condition we require that a digital photograph be provided before any exchanges or refunds are made. Electronic Fiend is not responsible for any damages to the item that where caused due to the customers mishandling of the product. For example: if the item is dropped and cracks during customer installation or handling Electronic Fiend will not be held liable for the damages. If the product arrives damaged then once an image is received and the damages can be seen Electronic Fiend will provide reimbursement for return shipping and no additional charge will be issued to the customer for a new product to be shipped out.
If the damage is internal (electrical) no picture will need to be provided but the claim must still be made within the first seven days of receiving the item. The same steps listed above should be taken for this problem.
Store Credit
If the customer would still like to purchase another item after a return or exchange a Store credit will be issued. Store credit can be used on any product on our site and if the item(s) is priced higher than store credit received the customer will have to pay for the difference. Store credit does not expire and can be used at any moment.
Agreement
By purchasing from Electronic Fiend the customer agrees to abide by all of our return, exchange and store credit policies. Changes to our policy can be made at any time without notification. It is the customers responsibility to check on Electronic Fiends most recent return and exchange policy before purchasing.
